Where we deliver
For now we deliver within Bengaluru (PIN codes starting with 560), through tracked courier and delivery partners. Checkout only accepts Bengaluru addresses. Delivery across India is coming soon. For a bulk order outside Bengaluru, request a quote and we'll tell you what's possible.
How long it takes
Time to make your order (working days, Monday to Saturday, not counting public holidays):
- Ready-made kits without personalisation: dispatched within 48 hours.
- Personalised items and kits: 3–5 working days after you approve the proof we send.
- Corporate orders: usually 7–10 working days after you approve the mock-up. We confirm the date in your quote.
Each product page shows how soon that item ships. After dispatch, delivery within Bengaluru usually takes 1–2 working days.
If you need a gift by a particular date, such as a birthday or Diwali, please order early or ask us first and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
What delivery costs
Delivery is ₹99 per order, and free when your order total is ₹1,999 or more. You see the delivery charge at checkout before you pay.
Corporate orders delivered to several addresses, for example to each employee's home, are priced in the quote.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you the courier's name and tracking link. You can also see your order's progress any time on its order page, or under Your account if you signed in.
If something goes wrong
- Delayed parcel: if tracking hasn't moved for 3 working days, tell us and we'll chase the courier.
- Nobody home: the courier usually tries again. If the parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, we can resend it; the second delivery is charged at cost.
- Damaged or opened box: if you can, refuse it or note it with the courier, and take photos. See Returns and refunds for what happens next.
